Yes. Search and browsing are free and unlimited, with no login.
How do I cancel?
Anytime, online: go to Account and click "Manage plan" (or "Cancel plan" under it). No phone call, no survey. See Billing & Cancellation.
What happens when I hit my plan's limit?
When all your tracked-mark slots are in use, we'll show you the plans side by side so you can upgrade, or you can remove a tracked mark to free a slot. 100 marks is the most any plan tracks; contact support if you need more.
What does tracking cover?
We email you when a tracked mark's USPTO status changes, in the USPTO's own wording. Alerts are informational only, not legal advice, and not from the USPTO.
Do you tell me if a name is free to use?
No. We show USPTO records and ideas, not legal opinions. A cancelled registration does not mean a name is free. Consult a trademark attorney.
